This Mobile Home Park is one of the dirtiest, trouble filled places to live. With the police there monthly!
There is BLACK MOLD in several of the trailers and Bert has played it off as nothing and gone so far as telling them it was fixed. BIG LIE! There is one trailer in there right now that has been condemned because of BED BUGS! There are at least 2 of them with ILLEGAL WIRING.
BERT CHASSE is the owner and he lives in Hartford, ME TIM MILES is the "co-owner" and he lives in Orono, ME and has a plumbing business. ( I can only imagine how he works that. I sure WOULDN'T hire him)
Bert has been accused of harassing women when he knows they are alone to make them feel inferior to him to get what he wants!
Bert also owns 3 other trailer parks but the locations have been kept a secret and he has them in someone else name. So doesn't this make him a "thief and liar" also. Stealing from the government by NOT paying his fair share and by lying about having them.
One of these is in Bethlehem, ME with one of his "people" CRAIG (LAST NAME UNKNOWN) as the "Manager"!

Tim Miles is not, nor has he ever been an owner or co-owner of the Forest Avenue Mobile Home Park. Tim also does not own a plumbing company. There is a local plumbing company called Tim's Plumbing, that I think is getting confused here.
