I ordered a hair-straightening brush and never received it.
Emails went back and forth with "customer service." Excuses included "It's on back order," "You should receive it next week," and then "It's being processed." They certainly processed my credit card payment fast.
I contacted my credit card company and they investigated the charge and cancelled the payment to Boardwalk Buy. Don't try to get your money back from Boardwalk Buy. It's a waste of time. Go through your credit card company or challenge the charge if you paid through Paypal. Good luck everyone!

I never received the product, but I contacted my credit card company and they refunded the charge.

I too was ripped off for the exact same item. I bought it for my daughter for a Christmas gift. I ordered it on Nov. 30 but still haven't received it and I keep getting the same messages that you received about being out of stock and receiving mine by the end of the week, which has yet to happen. Did you ever receive yours?
