Boardwalk Buy Ripoff, no phone number, generic emails Internet

 I ordered a hairbrush straightener on Nov. 30. They took the money out of my account on Dec 1. I contacted them on Dec 13 to see if there was a way to track my order. I was told it was out of stock, they were receiving thousands that week and I would have mine by the end of next week. It never came so I messaged them again on Dec 25, since it was a gift for my daughter, & they sent the exact same email about out of stock, receiving thousands, & I would have mine by the end of the week. I still haven't received it so I contacted them yet again and they said my order was delivered on Dec 5 to an individual in Buffalo, NY. I live in Core, WV. About 8 hrs south of NY!! I really wish all the people that got ripped off could start a lawsuit against this company!
