I wanted to try the product during the 14 day trial period to see if it would work for me. First it took four weeks to receive the 14 day trial package. By that time they had billed me for the 3 month supply. When I called they told me because I neglected to cancel within the 14 day period. Which I did attempt to call and cancel. However, I still have not received the 3 month supply I have been billed for and it has been two months. They keep telling me I need to return the merchandise to them to get a refund. The problem is that I still have not received the merchandise. RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF
