Bragg Construction, LLC Norbourne Bragg Installed laminate flooring and tile. Laminate flooring is cracked and rippled. Tile grout started to crack after the 24 hours. South Hill Virginia

In October 2013, we contracted with this business to install laminate flooring through out our home. The master bath and foyer was installed with tile. The laminate was installed leaving ripped pieces and snags.

The laminate was in many cases not cut correctly and was filled in with wood filler.  The tile was laid with old grout apparently as the grout began to break up after it dried.

There is glue with shoe prints on most of the master bathroom tile. There are big chunks of grout left in the floor vents where they cut it too big and tried to fill it in with more grout.

Mostly, all the wall fittings for the tile and laminate are cut incorrectly and was filled in with enormous amounts of grout or wood filler.

We purchased new floor vents to be installed where the old ones were and they twisted/broke all of them so that the cannot be adjusted correctly.

The door frames were ripped and again, grout was used to conceal it. 

We have tried to contact this company numerous times. in the beginning, he kept saying they we building a house and would get back with us. Never returned any calls. We at this point (12-27-2013), have still been unable to reach this company. No phone call to the cellular numbers; 434-955-0705, 434-447-9319 or business number: 434-447-3933 has been successful.

On another note, they cut the wire to our alarm system as they were installing the laminate.  Also, one of the "workers" scratched up our practically new furniture.  Very inept contractor.
