Carta Engorius Society aka Eden Esoteric Services Threatening me with Collection Agency,negative on credit report for product I returned to them 12/18/2013. New Brunswick New Jersey

I sent away for a free Altari Analysis worth"$350 (is already paid)" from Carta Engorius Society. On their initialmailing form to me it clearly stated "We guarantee that no further obligations whatsoever will arise for you". When I got their report there was a talisman enclosed with a bill for $24,the talisman I did not request or order.

After some investigating on the computer and finding this a scam perpetrated against people, I packaged everything up sent to me by Carta Engorius and returned it to them via Certified Registered mail with a return receipt requested in December of 2013. I received back delivery confirmation received by M. Gind_ _ _ _.

I have written several letters regarding this issue to Carta Engorius telling them about this was to be free paid by a benevolent benefactor with no further obligation on my part as per their guarantee. I keep getting notices from them about additional fees incurred for non-payment and recently received a 4th payment notice and final reminder Collection Notice for $28.30 to be paid within 10 days or additional fees of $60.00 will be assed.

Their bullying, threats, and harassment techniques have not worked. I refuse to knuckle under to unscroupulous con artists such as Carta Engorius Society have proved themselves to be and by public record hereby request that they cease and desist any and all further attempts to defraud and extort money from me for something that clearly is not in my possession and for which in fact they have.
