called to cancel due to house being repossed. send letter requesting the discontinue of services due to loss of house.  This was August or September 2010. My husband just informed me that they are still taking the monitoring fee out of his checking account. We have not been in the house since November 30, 2010. Would like our monies refunded. These people are definately ripping people off when they do not follow their own rules.

I now reside in Oregon, but my husband is still in Washington State.
