CCA First National Merchant Card ripoff, told me i would recieve my packet and i had a free trial of 14 days to call back by trial was over i did and they are still going to charge my account even though i called to cancel Las Vegas Nevada

i recived this card in the mail about credit. i called and activated it they told me i had a free trial of 14 days and that i could call and cancel before my free trial was up. i had them rush my packet to me(additional$29.00 added to my account)so i could sample what they had. It is the last day of my free period i called to cancel since i did not recive anything yet. they told me that i had to call 2 days before my free trial was up to cancel with out payment taken out of my checking. and that they already sent for payment to my bank. i do not want to pay them for anything because i did not get to use my free trial.i told them that i was not going to pay because i did not recive anything to use.They said that i did not try to call i told them i did i never could get anyone and the lady on the phone said oh well!!!
