century 21, spacer hunters Mr.John McDermott this man was rude used racist remarks and was nothing but dismissive. when asked a question he would give a quick answer and claimed the reason was that his business was SO busy....but the place was empty. each time i would call i would be hung up on and diverted to an automated system that would be a dead end after dead end. and the numbers to landlords and properties displayed were all wrong, and quite a few homeowners- renters would tell me that they have never heard nor listed with said company- person. . new york city New York

 This man was rude, used racial remarks freely and was nothing but dismissive! This man definitely needs to be stopped. My fiancee and I found his ad in am new york( free newspaper). I called and I sat thru a 10-15 min prompt, when my fiancee called he got hung up on. He have me an appointment at10am on April 2, 2016. We rang bell, was told to wipe our feet before we came up,and again when we got off elevator. Right from the start he was rude, pushy, used various racial remarks, as well as bad mouthing. " uneducated" people of all colors and creeds, saying how uneducated people sent worth is time. Also remarked about how he would turn these people away because they couldn't understand English. He would only speak to me, or toward me even when my fiancee asked the questions. Which knowing what I know now makes me feel like he directed attention toward me because women are easier to take advantage of. I have spent hours on end trying to sort my"ad list" out....we asked for a studio and we recieved nothing but rooms. He wouldn't even give me enough time to ask my question and voice my issues. I then called the "ad line" 212 697 6352, to see if there was an option at end to talk 28th a person, there was but when I pushed 0 I was hung up on Again!!!! This man stole 225 hard earned dollars from us. And now we have one day left to find housing for us both and our cat. Please!!!! Please!!!! Stop this man! He makes you think his business is respectable and effeicent, until you get in and before you know it he talked desperate low income individuals with very little options in front of them, out of money that they didn't really have to begin with! That's why he preys on low income and uneducated people because a lot of us don't know any better, we trusted him to find us a home and we got shafted! I feel absolutely horrible, I feel foolish, and I still don't know where we are going. Please get him!! My fiancee and I will work with you and the other victims to stop him.
