Certified Energy Consulants Jeff Boyer & Bob Boyer / Washington Gas Energy Services Deceitfull Employer Churchville Maryland

In the month of June I started working for Certified Energy Consultants As a field agent, helping businesses and home owners with their utility cost. I was told that the process to get paid was about three weeks by the time Washington Gas ran all the paper work. What I wasn't told was the rejection rate was high.

I started after a couple of days training and was doing well. Turning deals in just about everyday and building up deals that I would be making a nice pay check. During this time I started to get checks and like anything they were small and I was told that they would grow with the more deal I turned in. So I worked harder.

Jeff Boyer changed the manager in the office and that week wanted to change things for the better, because the rejections were climbing and the pay was going down. That Tuesday like every Tuesday we all had a conference call and Jeff Boyer stated that his brother Bob Boyer and he would be running the Churchville office and that he was with Washington Gas going to straighten out this problem. Told me and everybody that his brother Bob Boyer and he would be held accountable, if they say they are going to do something hold them to it. Well I guess that was for the benefit of the call this was not really true.

The rejection problem with my deals got worse. Jeff Boyer and Bob Boyer made statements that they were emailing us with resolution forms so we could get paid on our rejected deals. I was told twice from Bob Boyer that he would email me these items, never received them. Other things were emailed such as business card templates, monthly rates for closing deals, I received nothing.

Based on this experience I can only conclude the Jeff Boyer and Bob Boyer will tell you what you want to hear to keep you quite. They don't really care what happens to the staff I was told that there are other people out there, I can do it with you or with out you. The Boyer's did not care when the checks were not in on Friday. But when people were asking for their money there hand went up in the air and you were told I have no control over this that is really taking responsible like they boosted. It was nothing but lies as usual.

I would not have any thing to do with this company, Jeff Boyer, Bob Boyer or anything that they are involved in or with. This pair makes the bad news bears look like saints. Search for your job else where trust me.
