This is an email I sent to Charlie & Gill
 
If you consider the facts:

1/ You sent me the customer,  TWO different dispatch days TWO emails via eBay (on the 22nd August) you say they were dispatched on the 19th August (conveniently fitting in with your two working day dispatch) Then you sent me TWO further emails (on the 22nd August) direct, one email for each book , telling me these were only dispatched on the 21st August?

2/ You have no idea if the books were sent together or separately!

3/ Then if your dispatch wasn't slow enough some bright spark in your company thought lets make our customers wait an extra 2-3 days buy sending everything 2nd class (I understand cost saving but). Just so the company can save a few pence on postage and when I say a few pence I mean under 10p per shipment. THEN if that wasn’t bad enough you said you have send each book separately, thus incurring double the postage cost, which make absolutely no sense whatsoever sending 2nd class to save money!

4/ You then ask me on three separate occasions what my address is, you don't seem to understand how incompetent that makes the company look?

5/ I email you on the 22nd August as the Estimated delivery was meant to be Thursday, 21 Aug - Friday, 22 Aug, and I had still not received my books I Order and paid for on Saturday, 16 Aug. 2014.

6/ You waited until the 26th to reply to my email fromn the 22nd August! then ask me to wait 8 working days.

7/ So I thought I would wait 9 working days (two full normal weeks) but I still hadn't received the books I ordered on the 16th August. So again I emailed you on the 30th August telling you this.

8/ Your reply on the 1st Sept was telling me my books have been dispatched (which you had told me in four separate emails on the 22nd August and every email from you since) , then telling me that the "delivery date has only just exceeded the maximum delivery times" And would I "wait an extra 5 working days" which would have made it 6th Sept

9/ Being a patent person I thought I would give it one last chance, so I waited your 5 days making it the 6th Sept but still nothing, plus I waited another 2 days until the 8th Sept, just to make sure but still nothing.

10 so I email you again on the 8th September telling you that I still hadn't received these books and I would now appreciate a refund as I had already bought these books for my daughters class from a book shop near me.

11/ Your reply was for me to wait another 7 days, and for me to ask post office and neighbors which I had already done a few days earlier.

If you had got the above service from anyone, I am sure you would also consider this customer service the same as I did  "taking the p***" and I consider this not as bad language this is merely describing your service, plus this is very mild considering the service you have provided!

Then just because you have no reply to your bad service, and to make the situation worse you don't address the issue raised, you tell me to only communicate with you via PayPal dispute.

After this bad service Charles Sword refuses to defend his company, or even try and remedy this problem, he just made it worse by saying only communicate via Paypal disputes
