I was sold a vehicle and immediately upon driving the check engine light came on. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Charger from this dealership. I put down $500 about 1 week before purchasing the vehicle. This fee was to reserve the vehicle for me. I received a phone call from the finance manager (Jamie), asking when I would be coming to get the vehicle. At this time only 3 days had passed since I place the deposit. I told him that I was informed that I had up to 2 weeks to come get the vehicle. He then yelled to the coworker who gave me the information and proceeded to hand up in my face. I called back to ask why the conversation ended the way it did and he stated, "there is nothign else to say, she told you that you have 2 weeks so that's that", and he hung up again. I went into the dealership a few days later to purchase the vehicle. I was helped by a salesman named "Allen". He gave me the keys to test drive teh vehicle and upon turning the car on, it began to shake and rattle. I let the car run idle for about 1 minue and as Allen came to the vehicle I told him that there was an issue with the car. He thent old me to test drive it and I did so. I took the vehicle about .25 miles to a nearby gas station adn put about $10 of gas into the car. I drove the car for about another 5-10 miles before returninig to the dealership. I informed Allen as well as the finance manager, Jamie, about the rattling in the car, the knocking by the driverside wheel and the missing radio. Jamie stated that he would order a stock radio for the vehicle on the next morning. Jamie then offered me a vehicle warranty which I declined because I just mentioned to him that there were issues with the vehicle that needed to be repaired. I signed all of the paperwork and was  told to bring the vehicle back the next morning so that the mechanic could look at it. After leaving the dealership about 15 minutes later the "check engine light" begin to flask and beep as I drove. I immediately called the dealership because I was only a few minutes away. I spoke with a saleman named "Brian", he also told me to bring the vehicle back the next day for the mechanic to look at. The next day for the mechanic to look at. The next day I drove over 35 minutes back to this dealerhsip only to be approached by Jamie and told I needed to use a higher grade of gas and that the fuel could be the issue. The mechanic then approached my vehicle and cleared the engine code from my vehicle and walked away (without saving one word about any of the issues I stated about the vehicle) I was turned away and told to use a different fuel in my vehicle which I went to the gas station and filled with the highest grade. After driving about 35-40 minutes back to my residence the check engine light came on again. I called the dealership adn was told I could bring the vehicle in to the mechanic when I was ready. I took the vehicle back to the dealership on yesterday (8/21) and the mechanic approached the vehicle againa nd rudely asked me to get out of the car. He looked under the hood and walked off without saying anything to me. H ecame back and I asked what he thought the issue could be. He then, in a very rude manner, told me that he wasnt working on the vehicle because I wasn't going to pay adn that I needed to speak with someone inside because he was not going to do any work on it. Confused, U left and went inside to speak with Jamie. Jamie played on his phone as I stood at his door waiting for him to acknowledge me. I then said "Jamie, I was told to come see you regarding the repairs on my vehicle". He never responded or looked up from playing with his cell phone. I walked over to his desk and repeated the same sentence. Without looking up he said, "the car can be fixed but you are paying for it at my cost." I then said to hime, "excuse me, but I do not understand why I would have to pay for this vehicle when you repeatedly had me come this far just to be turned around with false solutions". We began to fuss with one another and he told me to get out. Needless to say, my vehicle is stuck in my driveway out of fear of it breaking down on me. This is bad business and as a veteran I do not appreciate this type of treatment or SCAM.
