Thank you so much for taking the time to speak out about who my family really is. This guy is so evil, has told so many lies & harassed us so much. I am so grateful to be away & safe from him. I doubt he will respond to you being he will not communicate with men, he fears them & they intimidate him... All I can say is God's hands, God's plans.... The truth shall mute the evil...  I've personally known Mr. & Mrs. Tisino for several years and in fact visited them several times at their home in Louisiana. The complaint lodged against them here is the work of a mentally ill individual who's advances towards Mrs. Tisino were rebutted. This low life had NO problems with the Tisino's until he was put in his place by Christine after his advances. Once he figured out that she was a happily married woman who wasn't interested in cheating on her husband with anyone .....much less an unemployed, I'll mannered, abusive boy like himself .....Only then did this individual begin this harassment of this family. These people are good, hard working family people. They focus their time and energy on their children and their faith. They're good, solid people who are truly committed to each other and their family. You on the other hand Rick are a low life, I believe you are most likely paranoid schizophrenic from what I've personally observed of your actions while at the Tisino's home visiting. I call complete BS on you Rick Lacaze.....How shameful that you would drag an honorable family through so much harassment because you got turned down. I truly hope that the proper authorities check on your disabled brother regularly because I for one am concerned about his well being with an unstable individual such as you as his primary caretaker. Two the landlord acted like the should of trying to resolved this and that is because everything i said was proved by video which i still have .

Third kindness ? what kindness ? you are need help for sure . and far as herassment of your family that is such a lie . but far as your herassment i have it all proved and matter of fact if anyone has a lawsuit it would be me , but as a good and real christian i have turn the other cheek to your threats and herassment while you was here . Unlike you i dont try to bring innocent people into problems . you are very vengeful person and the fact you have to rant about false things just proves the my point .

you know what makes me tick huh ? yes its called the truth .  i even show by trying to even get this down in stead you just cant stop can you ? i pitty you , see help , and far as all your other crazy lies  whatever . btw far as everyone not liking me lol really ? i can count alot of wonderful people here that love that iam here . and again you also proved others that you chase away in the past , that warned everyone that was here about you . but of coarse you say that way lies too . arent you getting to old to act like this , and just drop it and go in peace .  do not take me being passive and good christian as weaknes , you dont know me never did and the truth always comes out no matter what , btw you are not the first neighbor i had i never had a problem with other ones . they were wonderful people was very sad to see them go , you act  like you were here before everyone , again really you in you own world . go in peace and may god bless you in you journy . far as kids playing in yards its fine as long as its not in everyones yard in neighborhood , maybe you wasnt raised with respect or manners but most of us was  . i said my peace and everyone will read and believe what they want thats fine with me . again truth always comes out . .

I only write this post so I may get a few things off my chest about you Rick. After living next to you & your brother for over 5 years with absolutely no problems you felt the need to harass my family once I finally told you No. I even let the landlord know that same day that I would most likely become your next victim after telling you No. Ya see Rick, I know You, I know how You work & I know what drives you. You try to seem mysterious, but you are far from that. I know more about you than you could possibly imagine.  

I was always kind enough to listen to your rediculous complaints about the other neighbors, about big foot living in our backyard & how you came face to face with him, how someone put dog poop in your house or at your front door, how someone was Always messing with you, or how one of your call girls stole your stuff, oh how the list goes on & on with you. Rick, after all of the times your call girls came over that my child had to turn up her tv to not have to hear through the walls, all the times you tried to sale me stun guns that you were not supposed to be selling & so on & so on, I never made a complaint on you. I let you live your life. Oh well, karma will get you one day if it has not already. I now see that my kindness was wasted on you Rick.

So now that I do not feel the need to waste my kindness on you I just want to say that you are an uneducated narcissist Rick (google the definition, I am sure you're clueless as to what that means). You made that very clear in your post here, you cannot even spell the simplest of words. I truly feel sorry for you & the brother that you mistreat & live off of. You are one of the ugliest human beings I've encountered in a long time. It isn't just your physical appearance that makes you so ugly but it is your soul.  You have the absolute ugliest soul & may God judge you harshly for all of your wrong doings.

Just so you know, we did not move away because of the landlords 'taking care of it' as you would like to post here or think in your tiny brain, we moved to protect our child. Heck, the landlords don't even like you but legally their hands are tied through the lease which is the Only reason you still live there. Also Rick, there is not one person living around you that likes you, not even the sweet old lady next door, they just appease you to keep the peace. They All Hate You, your harassment, your nosey ways, your lies & they feel sorry for your brother as well. We all know about the call girls, we all know that your wife left you, we all know that you're unemployed living off a disability check & we all know that you are a miserable & lonely human being with nothing better to do than seek women online & harass any living near you. You never once would speak to my husband about any issues you felt you had, you avoided him at all cost. You won't speak to any Man for that matter, we all know Men intimidate you, so you come to your safe place, the internet. Lol, you are such a sad piece of work Rick.

Oh, about the part about you calling the police on children playing in the backyard. Yes that is when You started harassing me because you heard me talking to the mother of the child next door about how rediculous you were. Even the officer laughed at you & apologized to the mother for Your actions. Normal people would have knocked on their neighbors door & warned them that their child could get hurt. Normal people do not call the police on an 8 year old & his little friends seeking treasure in an empty shed & having good clean fun. As far as the comment about how I would wait to use my tools after the other neighbors left just to intentionally harass you or be loud just to bother you? Well once again that is your self-centeredness kicking in. Legally powertools could be used starting at 7a.m. but out of respect for my neighbors that worked I would wait until after 9a.m. so not to bother them. It is not my fault that you never leave your home & are unemployed. Maybe if you had an actual life away from your apartment & the internet, people having hobbies & being considerate would not bother you so much.

Lastly, I took up for You repeatedly when the other neighbors who spoke badly of you, but now you have no one to take up for you.  

Again, we left to protect our child, not because of your little post here that has very few words even spelled correctly. We left because our family comes first. It is such a Blessing to not be living next to you any longer. In our nice peaceful house that God has blessed us with, far away from you Rick. Living next to such nice neighbors & surrounded by nothing but peace away from your harassment.  All in all, God has once again protected & taken care of my family. He quickly gave us a new home where we can live, breathe & sleep safe once again.

God's hands... God's plans... I will forever trust in that as He always takes care of me & mine...

Great news , imformed that are moving . This is such a great stress relief and very thankful to great landlords that i have hear . They rock would recommend living here to anyone. Like to also thank ripoff report , what a great tool to have when justice needs to provail . Thank you ripoff report.

It was brought to my attention that the two people in the report was told about the article on ripoff report , and going around saying there going to sue . But law protects a person rights specialy the truth and everything has been documented and filmed so . Idle threats are silly and imature . And wonderful sight like rippoff report to expose people and protect them . And also was told they posted it on there facebook lol now  that makes alot of sence . your going to sue because you feel your name is being slander ? but yet you post it all over social media .
