This company called me to offer services of marketing my resume with a discounted price for 4 month of $128.00. They said that the rate of success was 85% and above and that they believed that based on my resume I was a perfect candidate for their services. I agreed and paid the fee. Days letter they send me a report saying that they revised my resume and that this resume was unmarketable and that they would provide a service of re-writing my resume for $600.00 (discounted because I was already a member). I went ahead and said yes but after I hanged up the call I looked on rip-off report and saw the many complaints they already had. I decided to immediately call back and cancel my service. Erica Garcia told me after, trying to convince me that it was bad publicity from a few customers, that she would return my money. She said that even if they had to wait for the transaction to go through that I would recieve my money.

The next day I received a call from Ronnie presenting herself as my project manager and that she would be the person writing my resume. I told her that I no longer was going to be using their services and that I would get my money back. She went on and said that she was just the project manager and that they had decided that I was not going to get my money back. She told me that I must settle the dispute with billing. I called and after explaining my story to the person answering the phone he said that it shouldn't be an issue and that I would get my money back. He was going to tell Nicole and she would refund me the money. I received the call from Nicole and she said that she will not give me a refund since a "service" was perfomed and that there was and agreement (never signed it nor saw it). She said that the agreement was included when I origanlly opened the account and that it was there. I was never told about it. I believe that if they would have been upfront and had told me that my resume was unmarketable from the beggining before charging me $128.00 but would have first offered me to write my resume and then offer their "marketing services" the outcome would have been much different. Their costumer services is horrible as they threatened to hang-up the phone several times and they try to justify stealling the money based on a phanton agreement that is in"the account". Be aware of this company.
