Made arrangements with "Coastal Director" David Kraft to purchase Level 2 package with monthly payments. He sent the Level 1 package after he received the Level 1 amount, and only after I had to chase him for it. After I made my final payment, he was to send the Level 2 package. He said he was ill and forgot so I understood. However, after he returned home he still didn't mail the package.

I could never get ahold of him and he would not return my phone calls or emails. After a month, I received an email from his brother stating David was ill again and he was taking care of David's business. He also said he was a Coastal Director and could get me the package. After so many months of no help from the company Coastal, which by the way is no help to anyone, I had to get out of this business with no income. I explained that to him and he said he would refund my money starting with a $500 refund. He actually said he had to scrap together the money. RED FLAG! If they were doing such great business as they claim, why would he need to scrap together $500. And anyway, what happened to the money I paid!

Well, he was not to be trusted either. He stopped answering my emails and never returns calls either. Beware of this and actually any affiliation with Coastal Vacations. You have no recourse with them for anything. They let these so-called Directors do anything they want.

A different experience with David Kraft

AUTHOR: Christy - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, June 26, 2013

I find this complaint hard to believe. When I purchased my package from David Kraft, I received it.  He trained me thoroughly and set me up on a path to success.  In all his dealings that I've witnessed, he's held ethical standards beyond measure.  His follow-through has been, as I've seen, wihout fail. When he's made a promise to me, he has kept it.  When I've heard him promise others, I've seen him follow through.  Integrity is something David Kraft lives.  I'm surprised anyone is allowed to ruin his reputation - a reputation on which his business is, or was, dependent - without producing a shred of evidence.  I'd like it pointed out to anyone reading this that David has stated he verified deliery of the package to the filer's address.   This means the filer is at the very least inaccurate, and possibly just plain dishonest. Why, then, is this complaint still out here on the web? Why do people still see this piece of libel when researching Coastal Vacations or David Kraft?

Wow you really are still around! I don't know who you are referring to in your accounts of my situation but this never happened.

The only con here is David Kraft. I tried several times to contact him only to be told by his brothers that he was in the hospital. There has been no contact with David since early this year and now he decides to make this claim. I am not sure where he is getting this issue with FedEx from. My mailing address is a postal service so I would not have made a claim of anything being stolen off my porch. If he truly tried to recitify this situation with me, this information would not have been posted. I would have gladly accepted my product that I paid for. I am not one to make false claims like this. I have absolutely nothing to gain from this because I am the one out the money. He isn't! I am the one without the discount travel package.

This is an unfortunate incident that could have been taken care of. I really hope that others will be aware of him and not trust him as I did.

Mad Mom is a Con

AUTHOR: David Kraft - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 19, 2009

Regarding the Texas Mom allegations. This mom purchased a discount travel package from my company. She then claimed she never got the package from Fed Ex and wanted her money back. I told her I would be glad to give her a refund and that I would check with Fed Ex to verify that she, in fact, never received the package. Fed Ex supplied me with a tracking number which clearly showed the package as delivered and that someone from her residence signed for it. I then called "Mad Mom' back and informed her that Fed Ex had indeed delivered the package and it was signed for. She then claimed  that it was probably stolen off her porch by the "so-called signer" which she claims she did not know. I politely told her that she needed to file a claim with Fed Ex that the property was stolen. She refused to do that insisting that it was too much trouble and that she again, wanted her money back and "if she did not get a refund, she would report me to the BBB and this website". I again, politely urged her to take 5 minutes and call Fed Ex to see what her options are.

To make a long story short, this "Mad Mom", in reality, tried to rip ME off by taking delivery of a discount travel package and making up a tall-tale that she never took delivery of it. Anything else in her report is fabricated and a sad attempt to discredit an honest transaction and businessman. It's too bad there are people in the world that want something for nothing.
