I put in an order for my wedding flowers with Customer Silk Creations on June 17th, 2009.  I paid for my entire 21 piece set, plus a few extra corsages and bouts right away.  I got notified of her getting my payment on June 22nd, 2009.

She called me on July 15th (just a few days outside of the 14day turn around after payment).  I was just leaving work and was getting ready to drive home in Chicago rush hour traffic.  I asked her if I could call her back in an hour to discuss my order.  She said that was fine.

I called her that evening when I got home, I didn't get an answer so I left a voicemail.  She never called me back.  I believe I tried 1 to 2 more times before the next Wednesday, when it says she would call.  She never called.

I started emailing her, complaining that I couldn't reach her.  She told me she never got my voicemails but she'd call me that next day.  She never called.  I then submitted what I wanted through e-mail.  I had to e-mail a few days later to make sure she got the email and to find out when my order would be completed.

She told me that I'd have picutres the 1st week in August and it would be mailed out the 2nd week in August.  I e-mailed the wednesday, August 5th just to check on it.  Her response the next day was, 'When was your preview date'.  I flipped out, because I hadn't seen any pictures yet.  I e-mailed about 3 more times and finally in the 3rd stated that if she couldn't complete my order that I wanted my money back.

On august 12, 2009 the response I got from her is 'We're creating your flowers'.  That was it.  That doesn't help me much.  It is now August 28th and I haven't heard anything from her regarding my order.

I call her daily, I have e-mailed every other day.  I have e-mailed her from my work email as well (in case she blocked my email), and I e-mailed from my fiancee's e-mail account asking about the order.  No responses to anything.

Finally on August 25th, 2009 I called her stating if I didn't hear from her by August 28th that I would be contacting the BBB.  I emailed the same the next day.  I still didn't hear from her.  So I e-mailed again from 2 different accounts(so she couldn't claim my e-mail didn't get to her), stating that I was contacting the police to press charges for fraud and/or robbery and that I would be contacting the BBB the next day.

She never responded.  It is now August 28th, I have no pictures, no flowers, and no confirmation that she's even working on them.  My wedding is 2 weeks away, so now I'm scambling to buy flowers to create my own wedding flowers.  This is not what I wanted right before my wedding.  Now i'm freaking out, because what happens if she sends the flowers and I create my own, then I'm out how much more money.

I never cancelled my order, I always stated that if she couldn't complete it by my wedding date, to refund me my money.  She just stated she was creating them.  I have stated that more times, and no response.

I even called her and told her I was going to press charges and I hope she goes to jail.  She took my money, and I never received my products.  I should have done my research better, so this is partially my fault.  But I still expect my products or a refund.

Don't trust her!  She will ruin your wedding.
