DAMEROW FORD WORST dealership in OREGON...Damerow ford STOLE my money. Beaverton Oregon

On March 22, 2009 I went to Damerow Ford to trade in my vehicle. I wrote a check to them for $1000.00 to be cashed 04/15/09. After having my new vehicle for one full week. Damerow calls and tells me that they couldn't get me a loan, therefore they want their truck back.
So, I went back return the truck on 4/01/09 and got my car back. I did ask for my down payment, but the Finance guy, Jerry, told me that I will be getting it in the mail in a week.
To my surprise I noticed that my account was completetly overdrawn on 04/13/09. The check they were suppossed to send me back cleared my account and caused me to have 12 overdraft fees at $35 a piece.
I contacted Jerry on 04/13 and told them what had happened. He acted like he had no idea what was going on. I demanded that I get my money back and get my overdraft fees paid in full immediatly. So, he told me the person I need to talk to is Jake, the sales manager. I talked to Jake and he as well promised me that I would get my money on Wednesday. I called back on Wednesday and Jake didn't have my money, he told me to talk to the other sales manager Dave Priest, I talked to him as well, frustraded because my account was overdrawn and couldn't get any money out for gas, food, regular expenses. I told him I had mailed my car payment a week prior and I was afraid it might hit my account anytime causing a bounced check, more fees, and more important, a late payment on my car! Dave assured me that the owner was the ONLY person that can sign me a check and he would have by Friday 04/17/09.
On Friday afternoon I get a call from another sales manager telling me that he is sorry but the owner wont be in until Monday 04/20/09 and that I would get a FULL including the fees.
I drove to Damerow Ford on 04/20/09 waited for an hour to finally get a check for only $1000.00
Of course I was angry because they did not have a full amount like promised. I expected a full check of $1420, $420 is for the 12 OD fees.
So, when I left we agreed that I will call back on Tues. 04/21/09 to see if they will pay for my fees or not. If not, then I'm asking for help from an expert that will justify my case. This is wrong, and I believe I am a victim of theft!
