My dad sent a check dated April 10, 2003, in the amount of $22.88, to Deer Creek Products which was cashed by them and cleared the bank on April 21, 2003; however, my dad never received the merchandise ordered. When I e-mailed them on June 3, 2003, they responded by saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, but the merchandise had been delayed. They never said when it was going to be shipped.
I e-mailed them again on June 10, 2003, and my e-mail was d-e-l-e-t-e-d without ever being read! Then I went to their web site only to find a message that said that the web site was being re-designed and would be up and running soon. Yeah, I bet!
Don't ever order anything from this company - they are a fraud and should be prosecuted!
