my case worker was caught on the stand lyin about information,falseifying records, and falsly taking my kids, but it was ok in osceola county permitted by the judge everything was allowed by the judge. they keep getting what they want . i was going to trial but mid way through it decided id take a case plan only if they didnt back out or slack on it and the judge aggred to it . but now their trying to back out of it by trying to tpr my rights . ive told them before infront of the judge that if they try to do that i will go back to trial . well now ill be going back to trial .

i dont think its fair that they remove kids from homes and try to adopt them out to people instead of giving them back to the loving homes that they were taken from. why do dcf think that they are above the law and can get away with what ever they want !!!! someone needs to put them back in check im soooo tired of them wrecking families and the bonds that the families have with the kids.i havent seen my kids in a long time due to dcf they are now 2 and 3 yrs old i ask to see my kids and get the run around every time . THIS HAS TO STOP!!!!! please i got papers of proof and anything anyone wants. if anyone out there wants to get a law suite going please contact me im in . i just want my babies home .

I too was a victem of falsifying of statements. We lived in Hillsborough county Florida. My son went into the hospital with Chemical Phnumonia. He was misdiagnosed with asthma. I have a son with asthma and I'm a nationally certified medical professional so I know the difference. When I asked for a second opinion I was refused. When I tried to take my son to a different hospital the Doctor called HRS. and told them that I was trying to take him home and not treat him. Being a Wiccan this would be highly against my religion. When I informed HRS and the Court appointed Guardian of the truth they lied. The Guardian went so far as to say that I said the EXACT opposite of what I truly did. It took me two and a half years to get out from under them. They took my youngest son for ten months. However they never removed my other two children and before I got my son back they asked me to be a foster mother for one of their harder cases.
