Dephasium DPHS Eric P Littman Says they have discovered a breakthrough in Electro Magnetic Wave protection from phones, etc. Pump and dump. Miami Florida
*Consumer Comment: Fake penny stock scammers did it again
*Consumer Comment: J. Francisco Terreforte the auditor says company loses $1.2m
This company runs a pump and dump that works by Eric Littman gathering investors claiming that the company has discovered electromagnetic wave protection cases for phones and other electronics, this brings the stocks up while they are still finding new investors and then when they sell off their stocks and there is no news from the company regarding the discoveries people realize its a scam and then the stock drops. Pumping and dumping insider trading illegal activity. The IRS and SEC are involved in an investigation against them already.

There is something really fishy about this whole situation, I lost money investing with Paritz & Company P.A. and it was sneaky stuff. I would really seek some professional advise from a place with better reputation.
