I ordered something via the internet, when I received my checking account summary I had a charge for $12.97. I didn't remember signing up for any free shipping, I don't order from the internet that much. I'm on social security and can't afford paying for something I would never use. They have charged me for 3 months (at $12.97 a month). Finally, I found this site.
