SEO Reputation Management at its best!

I purchased a NEW product and it arrived damaged and it took over 2 weeks to arrive.  Since it has arrived, I have attempted to contact them but no response.  I have called, Emailed, contacted them through Ebay but NOTHING.

I have read so many comments pertaining to this company not providing quality service but I made the mistake of not believing them...  I was WRONG...
