EForCity.com I'm basically paying for their incompetence California Internet

 I needed a replacement battery for my phone. I attempted to order the battery 3 times, the website continously brought up the wrong battery. I started again. 3 times. I then contacted them thru Walmart.com. I was assured that the correction would be made and the correct battery sent. The arrival date stated was July 18,2016. On July 21, 2016 the package finally arrived, with the wrong battery that I did not want/need. I contacted Walmart.com who put me thru to eforcity.com. Their number goes to a voicemail/machine. A week later I finally got a response from my email that stated that I could pay to return their mistake, shipping to me, nor back would be recompensated, even though the website states a 100% money back guarantee. If I don't mail it back to their specifications they can refuse it. This company represents Walmart.com and is rapt with incompetence!
