ECIGNOFLAME Offered a free sample of NO-FLAME e-cig for the price of shipping, $4.95, which I paid for by Visa card. Then 2 weeks later made an unauthorized charge for 109.67. When I called the operator told me that I was part of a 2 week test and that I could not have a refund because the 2 weeks had expired. I had no idea this was the case. Nor did I know that they would make future charges to my account. There is nothing in the offer or the paperwork I received about a test or a 2 week test period.  Internet, MIAMI
