ECIGNOFLAME Offered a free sample of NO-FLAME e-cig for the price of shipping, $4.95, which I paid for by Visa card. Then 2 weeks later made an unauthorized charge for 109.67. When I called the operator told me that I was part of a 2 week "test" and that I could not have a refund because the 2 weeks had expired. I had no idea this was the case. Nor did I know that they would make future charges to my account. There is nothing in the offer or the paperwork I received about a test or a 2 week "test" period.  Internet, MIAMI

Last month I was offered a "free trial pack" of electronic cigarettes if I would pay the shipping cost of $4.95.  Now, I have copd/emphysema, haven't smoked for five years, but I wanted to see if it would work for me, as no real smoke is involved.  

Well color me stupid, I could not even stand the smell of the box!  No way was I going to try those, they smell like "dooty."  

Today I go to check my bank balance and they have debited my account to the tune of $109.  When I called the number for the company, I was told by "Sabrina" that I was part of a "quit smoking program" which lasted 4 days, and since I had not contacted them there would be no refund.  

There is absolutely nothing in any of their literature, or on their website, or in any email.  Anywhere.  Nothing at all, at all.  This is a classic con with a new dress.  They are criminals, thieves and scoundrels.  Beware!
