My claim was declined even though all parts were listed in the coved parts section of the contract. They claimed that it's consistent with the car's age and it's a wear a tear item. So if you read the contract it can be applied to anything and everything. Go figure. 

Cannot take them to court because of the arbitration agreement you sign when you sign their contract. I'm not 100 percent sure about this, but did not have the time to further pursue these dipshits.

The web address they list for cancellation is a 404 / missing page, here http://www.efgcompanies.com/form , and when you call them they make you go to the dealer to cancel the contract, even though in the contract you signed the cancellation process is different. 

Canceled the contract, but hopefully someone will read this before sign a MAP contract.
