Efrain Sain Law Efrain was the most inconciderate lawyer I've ever met. Dallas Texas

Efrain was my dad's court appointed attorney. my dad has been battling a drug addiction for 20+ years now. he had done some prison time back in 2006 for a drug charge. Of all the times my dad has been arrested for drugs, and even sentenced to jail/prison time he has never once said he wanted to get help or needed help with his addiction. my dad was arrested in August 2015, Efrain was assigned to his case. I did everything in my power to get my dad treatment. He was accepted into a rehab facility in Ft. Worth. November 16, 2015 was my dads first court hearing. I was sitting in the pews of the court room when Efrain Sain walked into the court room, and went to where the DA was sitting. I over heard every word of the conversation between Mr. Sain & the DA. Mr. Sain was bad mouthing my dad and it was almost like he was trying to convince the DA that my dad didnt need to go to rehab because he had already done "pen" time back in 2006. (he had previously told me the same thing) So after Efrain was done convincing the DA I caught his attention as he was walking out of the courtroom through the double doors. For the first time I introduced my self to Mr. Sain. I also informed him I had already been down to the district Clerks office, and had them scan my dads acceptance letter into the system. Efrain was so mad because he claims he never got the acceptance letter. (if i received it, i know he did too) He then took me into the consult room, & informed me that the DA wasn't going to let my dad into treatment and that my dad couldn't get out of doing the time, since he committed the crime. I informed him my dad wasn't trying to get out of doing the time, he just wanted help with his addiction. Efrain then continued to inform me that my dad most likely wouldn't be going to treatment and getting the help he so desperately needed. So he set the court date for another month. December 2015.

I will be attending that court hearing as well. I received a missed call from Efrain yesterday 11/23/2015. I called back and his receptionist informed me he had left the office, and she would have him call me on his cell phone. And he did. He called me at 5:48PM. He was calling to question me why I told my dad I heard him bad mouthing him to the DA. I informed him that I did in fact hear him basically trying to convince the DA not to send my dad to treatment. He called me a liar, and said I "must have heard him incorrectly."

I then proceeded to tell him that I heard clearly what his message to the DA was. I asked him if he wanted to know the truth about what I thought was going on, and he stated he did. So I told him "I think the reason you don't want my dad to get help, is because you know if he goes to rehab, and doesn't accept the prison time that you won't make near as much money off his case" He then started yelling and cussing at me saying "thats f*****g bullsh*t." He was yelling very loud, so I waited until he was done. And I informed him I was going to write a review his words were "I don't give a sh** who you call or write." I said "Okay Efrain you have a good evening." And I hung the phone up.

I would never recommend him to anyone. He doesn't want the best for you or your family. He just wants to make money.
