I attended a seminar in Pocatello, Idaho on 9-26-01
I have been paying 99.95 + 10.00 each month for a web site that I do not have. I tried to cancel. I sent the cancellation on the third day but they said that I did not send it soon enough.
I went on the enternet to get some information about ePenzio and not knowing much about computers I some how got the rip-off page, boy was I surprised that I was not the only one being scamed by this so called company.
I called my bank and told them not to send Bridgeview Bank or Fair Financial (they go by both names) any more money. ePenzio called me and I told them that I did not owe them any money because they broke the contract. I did not know that I was to get a packet with sofeware and information on how to setup a websit.
When I was on the rip-off page I read that others had recieved the packet but the sofeware did not work and that is when I found out that the company had broke the contract. So I told her (co.) that I want all my money back.(over 1,869.00)I also told her that I was going to send a complant about them to the Attorney General's Office. She said that she would make a note of what I said. that was last week (2-20-02). I am a widow on a fixed income, I can't throw money away.

Thanks for the advise. I also checked the rip-off report page and found that Stores Online is another scam Co. So I copied off the reportes and I'm going to hand them to the people befor they go into the meeting. I hope they pass the word.

Vera~I hope that you read this before going to any seminar/meeting concerning Stores Online that hails out of Orem, Utah. I did some research for you and there are 6 reports about this so called company right here on the ripoffreport.
All of these reports say that this company also known as Galaxy Mall Enterprises is a BIG SCAM! I would advise you to take these peoples advice and not have anything to do with Stores Online.
I have not read about any happy/satisfied clients who have dealt with them. Now about Bridgeview Bank-- they have a number on the back of their 'contract'in which you can call to cancel their services. Keep up the good fight...

A woman has called me twice to ask me what I'm going to do about paying them. I keep telling her that they are the ones that broke the contract by not sending me the software and information on how to build a website. So I want my money back. I also told her that I am sending a report to the Attorney General's office.
