Please Stay Away from These Crooks! Owner Kashif Naviwala from F4 Motors should be arrested and thrown in jail.

I unfortunately bought a car from this corrupt dealer owner 2 months ago, all cash transaction, and dealer failed to provide me with a title. Now I cannot register vehicle or legally drive it. After repeated phone calls with no answer, I drove to the dealership only to find out that they closed shop in their Alpharetta location where I purchased the car. Now I have to hire a lawyer to file a lawsuit to get my money back. I called the local police and they said there's nothing they can do since it's a civil case! However, I found out that if a dealer fails to provide buyer a title within 21 days of sale, it is considered a misdemeanor in the state of Georgia. But the police will not do anything!!! I think there should be an ENFORCESABLE law to protect consumers from low life dealer owners! Apparently the owner, Kashif Naviwala, decided to take the money and run. He does have another dealer in Doraville GA and I'm sure he will continue to rip people off there. I also found out that this crook has open and closed several dealers in GA in the past few years and have screwed consumers left and right with unethical practices. I filed a complaint with the GA Sec of State and with GA Governor's office of consumer protection. But as with any government agency, I know nothing will be done. I have no recourse but to spend money on a lawyer and take this SOB to court.
