I ordered cell phone batteries .They arrived discharging & no good.The guy said new batteries would be  mailed to me. I said no thank you..I just want a refund..Guy said no worry , don't mail the batteries  back we will credit your order back to you.. as of today I have not got my credit back. I'm thinking this is a company selling  refurbished  parts as misrepresented 'NEW' items.
