Here's a quick summary of what happend: I ordered a set of batteries from these people. I was at home when the item was SUPPOSEDLY delivered (I received a text from FedeEx). I went outside to get it: no package. None anywhere. Neighbors didn't have it, either. Contacted FedEx, then contacted Factoryoutletstore. Everybody gave me case numbers, and then I spent well over a month talking to Factory Outlet Store customer service (all located overseas).

I was told repeatedly by 4 or 5 different people (all dates and times recorded) that I would receive new batteries. Today (Feb. 15) they basically told me, "you're screwed," after a month of reassurance. The implication is that I'm a liar, or that the risk falls on me once FedEx says they delivered an item (irrespectivve of where they delivered it).

Wrong on both counts. 

I disputed my credit card charge today, and I know I will get the money back. 

I don't know if these people are scum bag criminals. A lot of reports on here say they are. But I will say, their foreign contracted customer service people are a bunch of lying scum bags! 

I would respect them if they told me at the onset, "We think you received your batteries. We don't believe you. Go away."  Instead, they strung me along for a month, pretending to address my  problem, and then basically telling me to "F____ off" at then end. 

Were the foreign customer service people told to do this? Maybe. But that makes everybody at Factoryoutlet Store a lying scumbag. 

Don't do business with lying scumbags. No telling what they will lie about.
