After having so many calls and hang-ups from this company, I called them back and told them to quit calling me and take me off of the computer calling list. They said that I had owed them 47$ from 9 years ago.. I had bought the septic helper, but I had paid with my cc back in 1997.

They called me back from an other phone number that my caller ID said was Selective Health 561-253-1135.
I told him that I did not owe them anything, I paid in full up front. The product did half way ok.. would have been cheaper to go to Walmart and use the national brand products they have.

Since I called them on June 2 2006, I have had 10 call hang-ups from them. I am documenting, each time they call. Before I had called them I would get at least 1 call/hung-up per day.

I hope someone starts a class action against them just to make them stop these harrassment and abuse tactics.

They have had many many complaints with the BBB Southeast Florida I will be adding mine to the stack. The search is Septic with the address, they are the same racket under different titles.

According to the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, Steven Kranz was formally the President of Krane Products; Gary Kranz was formally the Vice President of Krane Products.

These people need to be flushed with their own products.
I paid them once, shame on them, pay them twice.. there is not going to be shame on me!

Krane Products: The Deception Continues

It is unfortunate that people who conduct business in an unprofessional way seem to prosper. This is clearly the case with FBK Products, formely known as Krane products. Steven
& Gary Kranz are former owners of Krane. They sold the company in December 2003 to another group of business men.

At this time, Steve & Gary were facing lawsuites in at least a dozen states for deceptive business practices involving Krane. They decided to sell krane products. The new owners of Krane did not have much success, about 18 months later Krane went bankrupt. Because the repuatation of Krane was well known at that time, the new owners were unable to turn the company around. (This information can be verified on (((ROR REDACTED LINK FOR SECURITY PURPOSES))) if you are interested). Steven & Gary managed to do well however, as they no doubt made millions on the sale of Krane. In the fall of 2005, Steve & Gary Started up a new company, FBK products. The only thing that changed was the name of the company. They are still practicing immoral and illegal business principles.

Despite the company not even being year old, the BBB of southeastern Florida has a negative report
on FBK. The complaints are the exact same ones that customers of Krane went through (deceptive advertising, harassment, unauthorized credit card charges, etc) As a former employee of Krane, I find it shocking that these people can continue to conduct business this way. When I was with Krane Products, the pressure to sell was intense. We broke laws several times, including calling at very early hours or very late at night. If we did not sell a certain amount, we got screamed at. There were times when Steve Kranz would come out of his office, and blow up at the salespeople.

We were allowed to get nasty, and even use foul language over the phone. Mr. Kranz turned a blind eye to this.

All he cared about was making money. I worked at Krane for 3 years, and I am ashamed at the way business was conducted. It seems that if you are rich enough, you can get away with decpetive business practices. All you have to do start the same company with a different name. I also want people to know that FBK has placed help wanted ads in newspapers in the state of Florida.
They are looking for telemarketers. I would like
to advise people to STAY AWAY from FBK. I am truly convinced that it will be only a matter of time before FBK goes out of business. When things get bad, it will be the employees that suffer, becuase you will be out of a job, but Steve & Gary Kranz will still have their money. I want to urge anyone who has been a victom of
FBK or Krane to report to the attorny general, and RIPOFFREPORT.COM.

The more people who come forward, the less likely it will be for FBK & other businesses that practice decption to succeed. I also want to add that American Home Direct, another one of Steven Kranz's companies, also shut down. This was a sales company that was based in Greenwich, CT. I am cuurently trying to do research to find out why this company is no longer in business. If i find out anything, I will post another report.

I will file a suit. I didn't even order one of the many different products or health insurance they sell and they are still charging my account. I called them back yesterday and told the man who answered the phone what had happened, that i did not order or give them my DEBIT card to charge, and he said "So you are saying that I just made up your credit card number" Then he told me that they were closed and I would ahve to call back tomorrow at nine in the morning (again, three times now) then he hung up on me while I was asking why it is that he answers the phone saying "Selective Heath Customer Service this is John how may I help you?" WHEN THEY ARE CLOSED, AGAIN, FOR THE THIRD DAY IN A ROW.
