Fidelity Home Warranty Double Rip Off San Francisco California

 I called Fidelity Home Warranty for a leaking dishwasher, paid the service fee. Repairman came out and refused to fix the hose as "rodents" had damaged it and we had to get pest service.

Placed and paid for another service to come out for extermination. DEWEY exterminators put down basic glue strips and "said take the trapped rodents outside and STOMP on them". That was never going to happen.

I've now paid $120 and still have no dishwasher.

Today, a week later, they tell me that NEITHER service (dishwasher or pests) will be covered, and were quite snippy besides. The dishwasher because it wasn't normal wear and tear, and the extermination because they magically knew they were rats and not mice so not covered.
