Financial Trust Resources - O'Neil Consulting Group Telephone Scam to lower your interest rates of all your debts. Casselberry Florida

During the unsolicited phone conversation on October 20th, 2008, I was told their service would reduce my overall debt by a minimum of $2,500 guaranteed by reducing the interest rates on all of my debts. This was to include credit cards, car, home mortgage, etc. They guaranteed to reduce the interest rates thereby saving me thousands of dollars.

I was told for $695 the financial consultants would work with all my debtors and reduce my interest rates, all I had to do was to fill out their financial profile. I was told these consultants work for Financial Trust Resources Org. http://financialtrustresources.org/ but the credit card bill would say O'Neil Consulting.

One year support IF, every 3 months I requested a review of interest rates.

They were to reduce my interest rates and save me a minimum of $2,500 and I was to pay $695 and complete their financial profile.

On October 27, 2008 they mailed their materials which consisted of only 2-3 blank financial profile pages.

On October 31, 2008 I received another phone call asking if I had received the materials and did I want to continue the service to reduce my debts by a minimum of $2,500. The answer to both were yes. I mailed the financial profile pages to them.

I received another phone call on November 26, 2008 asking to schedule a telephone date for December 9, 2008 to speak with a consultant regarding reducing my debts.

On December 9, 2008 I spoke with Mr. Thomas Jouban, who informed me that I was not qualified and not eligible for their services. I stated to him, he was the one who qualified me. I informed him, I understood and requested a complete refund. At this point in the conversation I was yelled at. I asked him several times why he was yelling at me. He said he simply had a loud voice. I don't think yelling and calling me names was simply a loud voice. He informed me I would NEVER receive a refund.

I will be reporting a complaint with the National No Call Organization, as I was on the No Call list and should not have been solicited. https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx

I will also be reporting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Florida.

I filed a dispute with my credit card company and am currently in correspondence with them. Anyone else who has been scammed by this company should report a complaint with the BBB and the No Call List if you are on that list.
