Finish Line Car Wash Jay Dukes (owner) Need your car damaged? Hixson Tennessee

 First of all, I don't care what you think is in question...you know nothing about my character, secondly....I notice how you skate around everything I say about jay dukes or questions I ask...if anything is in question, it's your thought process...you're on here praising a person who did wrong by someone and showed no professionalism in customer service or resolving the issue...so how about questioning the real problem and that's the person who did the damage and then like a coward....ran from it!! This is exactly what's wrong with this country...people doing wrong to people and getting away with it and continue to get richer...but by all means keep on commenting on just me don't ever comment on what he did wrong and why he didn't do the right thing and fix it...shows how much you think you know!!

 I find it quite annoying when someone just comes on here that doesn't have a clue as to what went down with jay dukes and my vehicle and talk like they were right there the whole time...you have no idea!! I do i was there, so you can post your little worthless opinion about what you think about him because it doesn't hold water...my insurance company went after jay dukes about getting my money back I came out of pocket with and they found out he didn't even have insurance on the carwash to begin with...until this happens to you, you really can't come on here and say anything about what I did as protestor...i had every right to stand out there and tell people the truth....it's called having guys and being realistic...you people only see the surface of the crook and saw his true colors and i have paperwork and witnesses and a police officer that has dealt with him before...so you go ahead with your little opinion on here of what you think happened...but you were not there and you didn't deal with it and come out of your wallet with damage that his sorry a** did....by the way just for your info I actually detered some people from going back there and another question...why is it not still open ?

You character young man is in question.  A consumer made a positive comment and you called the consumer a moron.  Its shows alot about you and your ability to solve a challenge with your mind instead of bein hot headed.  I have researched you and you have left much more negative comments than ever saying anything positive about people.  This is a reflection of your character

Jay Dukes is a upstanding citizen of the community.  He still owns many business' in town and every 4 Sunday of the month Jay Dukes oil change and car wash give free oil changes to single mothers in the community.  I have seen him personally go out of his way to help others in need.  Look closely at the consumer who left a negative review he called another consumer who left a positive review a moron.  This goes to the character of this young man..  I am not a persoanl friend or a representaive of Jay Dukes but I have seen him go above and beyond to help others.  I met Jay Dukes because the individual you left the negative review stood outside Jay Dukes business many weekends in a row holding a sign and evey time he was outher thre hold this negative sign Jay Dukes business washed more and more cars.  I wanted to meet this business owner so I did and now  I think we should lobby for a site that instead of knocking business owners the site would focus on consumers who file bogus complaints.  

 let's see if I can clear this up and act like I am not talking to a moron...a gift card versus over 2,000 of damage to my car that he denied and didn't repair like he as a big man of integrity and honesty and knows all about customer service...yeah whatever! you have no idea what happened! gift card! what a joke! I bet he damaged your door,and ripped off your front end and then denied it you wouldn't be on here singing the same time huh?

I purchased a car wash in late December as a gift card for my wife and later this spring found out that Finish Line (Jay's business) had closed and is now selling cars.  We had not used the gift card and I figured that I was out $185.00.  I contacted Jay through the number at Chatt Cars and to my surprise he told me that he would still honor it.  A week later he sent me to have the car detailed at another car wash at his expense.   He didn't have to do that but he did because it was the right thing to do,  that has to say something about his integrity.  Thanks Jay!
