My husband and I chose the bi-weekly and it has taken us to the doghouse. We missed one payment, and made it up before the end of the month, however, they screwed us by going ahead and drafting an additional loan payment. We live paycheck to paycheck.. We did this so these things wouldn't happen and now we have no money to pay our bills this month because we are out over 1500 from this screw up.. We have been fighting with FNC to get our overdraft fees, returned check fees and other fees covered as we had no idea they would take out another 600 from our checking account on the same day we gave them 1300 for our months mortgage to make up for the payment that didn't go thru as I paid about 600 in bills before I knew all of this happened.. We are late on every bill this month and have yet to get our mortgage paid.. Don't use this company, they will just put you on hold and argue with you for about an hour after they transfer you a bunch with people in India who don't know the slightest thing to do with you except read from a script and no one is available to talk to who deals with there financial reimbursement/research and credit dept. They don't answer calls, literally they don't take any phone calls so you have to go from India, to a supervisor who negotiates between you and the finance research dept.. It is a pain in the but and I don't know what to do now.. I am screwed. Oh, and if you miss a payment the just automatically sent you by check by mail the other half payment you made.. I never received this payment in the mail and I am now going on a month of trying to get my money back for this half payment and the overdraft fees they said they would give me.. after they argued with me about this for 3 weeks.. still waiting for my money. This is the worst thing ever and I was better off paying citi bank myself.. also they told me I owe them 8 payments of 12.95 for the contract they put me under.. so i have placed my account on hold till i figure out how to get away from this ripoff company... We are screwed financially and don't know if we can recover from this... UGGGHHH
