freedom legal plans promised to keep my home from foreclosure and modify my loan to an affordable payment. they told me to stop paying my mortgage and pay them for a forensic. this began in june of 2011.
in october of 2011 after no action on the part of freedome legal i cancelled my auto payment and called mr ealey my account manager. i requested a refund of my monies. i was told i had a consult from an attorney and papers were filed on my behalf. in truth there was a 3 minute conversation with a rude person saying he was an attorney. after that i spoke only to para legals who took my questions and concerns with no follow up.
my refund request continued vie email and regular phone calls to mr. ealey. each call was a cycle of telling me how hard they were working for me. i would ask about the forensic audit and regularly told i would have it in 7 to 10 business days. it is now january 5 2012 and have received no forensic audit.
by my vigilance i have found out my home IS in foreclosure...nothing was filed by freedom legal...and in lieu of the forensic audit a securitization report was drafted and sent on december 21 2011 by freedom legal plans. when i STILL called and demanded a refund of my monies a Mr. Wilson took my call and told me in no way would freedom legal refund any of my money. he sited continual legal support along with hours of work on the securitization report (which i never requested).
freedom legal is a rip off. keep your money and hire a local attorney.

Familiar with Mark Edwards

Lets not be sour now people...If it weren't for our $750.00 every month they wouldn't be able to afford the magnets and fancy folders they send us every couple of weeks. As for Mark Edwards, he is an effin idiot. We've had to tell him off more then once. I do have to say though, They took a payment one month that they weren't entitled to. Mark Edwards kept promising a refund plus bank fees. He kept emailing papers to be signed and faxed back but never a refund. It took us contacting a gentleman named Mr. Fletcher and stopping payment on the next payment before the bank fees were ever refunded. A week after speaking to Mr. Flectcher about Mr. Edwards and stopping payment on our next 750.00 dollar payment, We recieved a check in the mail from Freedom Legal Plans.

I could not agree more this company is a big scam I had the same problem I gave freedom legal plans 5250 .00 and they did nothing but rob me if reaching I network calls you or freedom legal plans call hang up and work with the lender on your own it's Ashame that these crooks are allowed to rip people off run run run and litvin torrens is another crap company and don't ever speak to a Mark Edwards or Jessica alvarez to effin idiots at freedom legal
