Furniture PLus Inc. Owner "Greg" Has not made good on MANY promises of a purchased sectional. Jacksonville North Carolina

I Purchased a sectional after many years of being a customer with Furniture Plus.
June 2006, i called and had two pieces of sectional picked up due to arm of recliner's stuffing had shifted and lounge piece cushions had shifted to one side making it crooked. it was brought back to me supposily all fixed.
i sent it back because the lounge still was not fixed after being told they fixed it. i did not have them take it off the delivery truck. i sent it backfor a second time.
It came back to me the same way but i was told it was fixed. i kept on insisting that the piece was sewn wrong because it is lop-sided.
there was nothing that could be done. Greg the manager was contacted and he stated he would have to get in touch with an Ashley representative and they would come out to my house and see the furniture.
I was told the same story for month after month after month that the representative is either at a furniture show or is coming in two weeks.
every month when i go into the store to make my payment i am asking what is going on, and i stil get the same response or the new response was , "i thought it was taken care of"
last month i went into the store , asked Greg i need to talk to him, he asked me to wait he was busy,, i waited about 15 minutes and he was no where to be found in the store. it is now going on 17 months and still have no satisfaction with this furniture . they do not stand by there word, they tell stories to keep one thinking they are going to take care of any problem and then they dont.
There own delivery men are fully aware of how this store operates, but what can they do--nothing!
Dont buy from this store. there easy pay back terms and how nice they are when you go into there store is all to get people in, and then they got you.
They ask your payment be made on time every month like anything else.
But they do not hold up there end of the transaction..
