Ordered off a pop up on MNBC News. Cancelled out of order when I saw that I was to committ to monthly shipments of $69.95 each month. Never hit the confirm order button!

Received free order anyway. Credit card was charged within five days of receiving merchandise, then again 15 days later. Charged $87.13 twice within 15 days for a total of $174.26

Phone number was a recording - when I finally did get to talk to someone, who could hardly speak English, they promised to send me an e-mail of my account being credited for these unauthorized charges.

Never received credit after numerous calls. I had to change my credit card number inorder to stop further charges. Total ripoff.

Have filed complaint with Federal Trade Commission and NBC News.

I think it's impossible to say that you didn't hit the 'confirm order' button but they got your credit card number. Anyway, give 866-949-0138 a call and ask if you could refund the $174.26 they slashed from your account. Good luck.
