Garcenia lean Promised weight loss and refund if called before 10 days Chandler Arizona

1. I was contacted by phone on garcenia lean and saying the product is new 

2. I wouldn't  be charged if I called within 10 days. I received product Friday and couldn't reach office until today. There office is closed. 

3. This didn't give me time to try  ordered  7/24/2015

4. I'm  told me that was a deffered billing and they don't refund there products. Not what I was told.

5. Now I'm  charged for a product that in 3 days I tried it and never lost a pound. 

6. I also bought the cleanse and it  isn't working either

7. I feel I was misled and I asked all the questions  before ordering I thought. 

8. I asked to talk to manager they hung up on me twice. The first time I said I wanted a refund click. The second  I asked are you going to hang up on  me to . He said no he don't do that. Well when  we discussed  person selling and telling  me the false information and asked for a manager click.

9. I went to there site to verify  product.  Thought it was legitimate.
