I am a Computer Technician and an Insider to their operations.

I have all the information necessary at my disposal to prove my case agianst Geeks on Repair. Any rebuttal to my report is a complete whitewash to their rip-off activities. I believe Geeks on Repair is a compltete rip-off to Consumers and Technicians. Geeks on Repair should be investigated thoroughly by a Federal Authority.

Consumers are made to pay for their services immediately online via Paypal. Geeks on Repair have wilfully and intentionaly refused to pay me for services rendered via direct Deposit to my Bank account.(SCAM). Payment is via PayPal or western Union. I opted for Western Union as I do not have an account with PayPal. The transfer fee is supposed to be deducted from my peanuts ($400). Geeks on Repair have declined to honor my request (SCAM). I believe consumers and Technicians should not solicit the services of geeks on Repair.

I am the owner of Geeks On Repair,  i rarely pay attention to these online posts since they all come from techs or competitors who have either not followed rules, tried to steal my customers,  or who have a reason to wish our company bad so theirs can take our place.

I am just now seeing this written in 2016 by an "unkown person" , you the reader might say " why respond now, just leave it alone let it be" 

NO!

Every one of these sniveling rats that come on here to attack my business will be met with the same in return to their name and their business.

I work hard as hell and have put my entire life into Geeks On Repair since 2009 when i first started its beginings. I wake up every morning at 6am, monday through sunday to work my business , i dont go out on weekends.

I dont do anything at all but take care of my customers,...this is why in the last 10 years since Geeks On Repair has been in business. You only see but a couple customer complaints online about Geeks On Repair, while ALL COMPLAINTS THAT YOU DO SEE COME FROM HIGH AND MIGHTY CONDESCENDING TECHS LIKE THIS ONE,...who have a inferiority complex or  the other side of that same token feel superior to me and Geeks On Repair, so that when they agree to an assignment, instead of following the rules set forth by the company and me the owner who is giving them free work , ...they instead decide to throw away the rules set forth for dealing with MY customers, and instead do things their way in the attempts to swoon my customers, and take them from me so as to pocket them for themsleves in the future.

PAY THE THOUSANDS UPON THOUSAND OF DOLLARS I PAY FOR MARKETING EVERY MONTH BUDDY....AND THEN YOU CAN AQUIRE YOUR VERY OWN CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM AS YOU PLEASE!MY CUSTOMERS ARE TO BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST CARE AND YES , IF THEY CALL BACK LATER OR THE NEXT DAY SAYING THEY ARE HAVING THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM THEY WERE HAVING BEFORE YOU WENT ONSITE TO REPAIR THEM,,....YES YOU HAVE TO GO RIGHT BACK OUT AND WARRANTY YOUR WORK OR YOU WONT BE PAID!

WHEN DEALING WITH MY CUSTOMERS CREATED WITH MY MARKETING MONEY,...YOU FOLLOW MY RULES OR END UP HERE,...ON RIP OFF REPORT.

These bad posts bounce off of me and my company because by now the public can actually go back 8 years and read the bad posts written first one written in 2013,...and they will notice the pattern i speak of,......ALL BAD REVIEWS COME FROM TECHS AND COMPETITORS.......NOT FROM GEEKS ON REPAIR CUSTOMERS!

BTW,...HOWS THAT TAKING ME OUT OF BUSINESS WORKING OUT FOR YOU? ITS NOW 2019 AND IM STILL HERE ! LOL

To my beloved customer, you and i know why Geeks On Repair has been in business so many years, when you go with us you get my companies full service of agents , senior techs, onsite techs, over the phone support if needed, and access to opt into our unlimited repair plan which is open and works for you 24-7 all year round.

When you call one of these techs directly,...you get him and only him, and if your lucky his partner or two,...but they will turn their phones off on you at night, weekends, and holidays,....and theyll "try to fit you into their schedule" if you desperatly need them back out.

When you call us,...our lines are never turned off, were open all year round, and if the first tech we send you does a bad job, doesnt warranty his work or doesnt satisfy your expectations....we kick him off and send you another tech free of charge to you*.

For new potential customers, give us a call and see for yourselves why were the best computer repair company inside the continetal great USA!
