 We rarely EVER get a customer complaint , look back all the years we have been in business , and the only "complaints” you find are competitors making up lies to try and diminish us online. This person, Gabriel Ramos, is not a customer , we never serviced him , he is a caller who called in yesterday and just so happened to call in when our phone system was under attack by a beriage of spam calls. It’s either a coincidence that he just happened to call at the same time were being attacked , or it’s extremely fishy.

Let’s assume it’s a coincidence , we already called him back later apologizing for the way the phone rep answered the call , although the phone rep ( who has since been let go of ) did NOT use profanity , he did yell " YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER STOP CALLING !” And hung up. We record all our calls , I have heard the call , and although he yelled , he did not use profanity. Assuming it’s a coincidence this person calls right when jealous competitors are attacking our phone line , it becomes very fishy that this person has come on here to damage our reputation , knowing the potential damage he can inflict by writing something like this up on this platform. I have become very synical over the years , dealing with these competitors from outside of the USA , that constantly attack my company because they know they can’t be found or prosecuted when calling from over seas.

Here is our proof of everything I have just written. We received 3 different numbers calling back to back and repeatedly when this person , Gabriel Ramos, also called in. This person, Gabriel Ramos, phone number is ‭(909) 731-6160‬, the other 2 numbers are ‭(972) 232-1313‬ and (214) 459-2619‬. All 3 of these numbers called in minutes within one another. Please see picture attachments I have uploaded , showing the incoming call registry and time stamps for these calls yesterday . Notice they all came in within minutes of each other , and they would call repeatedly. NOW , YOU THE READER , TRY CALLING THOSE NUMBERS RIGHT NOW ,...YOU WILL SEE THAT 2 OF THOSE 3 NUMBERS ARE SPAM NUMBERS , FAKE NUMBERS THAT ARE USED TO ATTACK A BUSINESS OR A PERSONS PHONE LINES.

This is what this person ,Gabriel Ramos, called into yesterday , he called into our company right when a storm of attack calls were being sent our way ,....our phone agent already frustrated from the first attack calls answered his aggressively . All of this was explained to Gabriel Ramos yesterday , when we called to apologize, and he STILL comes on here to attack us ? YOUR PRETTY VINDICTIVE MR RAMOS, now considering everything , it makes me wonder. It Makes me wonder ,...and it’s still kind of fishy. One last thing , for y’all jealous competitors that still attack me and my company ,....haven’t y’all gotten the picture yet after all these years ? Your not effecting us ! We’re going no where !
