This so called business has taken my PS2 and Canda Post money order $154.98USD and will not return my item or my money. It has been a total of 11 months. I am extremely pist atm and am hold so much anger and thoughts right now. I don't see what is do difficult to return something and money that doesn't belong to you. Oh wait, yes. Let me geuss its just human nature that the greedy thief only thinks of himself and his wealth.

The date I shipped my item was December 01, 2006. As you can see there are some holes below in chronological order of the conversation. Emails were building up and I didn't really keep emails back. I now know to keep every email escpecially when your dealing with money. I had no idea it would escalate to this. Considering none of that stuff belongs to him.

Here is a list of dates I contacted him through email.

As you can see I have contacted him on many occasions. There is not contact for the first 2 and roughly a 1/2 months.

WE sent you an email stating we do not take Canadian credit cards. WE needed another form of payment., You read our ad right, it says ? In Most Cases? that does not mean all cases, and if we are busy you wait in line with everyone else. You signed a repair form agreement which we mentioned already that if you want your machine back, just say so, otherwise we wait for parts to come in as demand supply's, sometimes we cannot get parts fast, it is like a very expensive camera repair, it takes sometimes weeks and months to get parts from china, we own a cycle business and sell china bikes and it takes 10 weeks to get parts. Your part has been hard to get as it is an old machine. At this time we cannot get parts and will deem this unit un repairable, and according to our repair contract with you are required to pay the $35 bench fee and shipping, normally shipping on a non repairable machine in the USA is $20, since this is Canada it is $25. We do not take Canadian credit cards because we cannot verify the address, we mention this in our terms and conditions, only postal money orders in US Funds. You will have to send in the $60 if you desire to have your unit sent back.

I will now head down to Canada Post and send you a money order of 139.98 for the playstation's repair and mod cost. Once again thanks for your business and I hope nothing else goes downward.

;{It says $139.98 here and on the contract. But I ended up sending more because apparantely that shipping cost was not applicable for Canada. The shipping on the contract I have printed out shows 10USD. He states shipping to Canada cost 25. That is obsurd considering I only paid $15.35CAD. So I added the extra $15USD to the initial amount of shipping of $10USD which brought the total amount to $154.98USD}

Buyer acknowledges that the Products are subject to the export and/or import control laws and regulations of various countries including the Export Administration Laws and Regulations of the United States and similar laws in Canada. Buyer agrees to comply strictly with all U.S. and Canadian export laws and assumes sole responsibility for obtaining licenses to export or re-export as may be required and acknowledges that it shall not directly or indirectly export or make available for export any Products to any country to which such export or transmission is restricted or prohibited. Products sold by SELLER are cannot be transferred, sold or re-exported to any party on the Entity List or Restricted Person List of the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Export Administration (BXA), any party designated by the U.S. Treasury Department s Office of Foreign Assets Control, and any party debarred or sanctioned for proliferation or terrorism reasons by the U.S. State Department. I've purchased MANY THINGS over the internet. And I MUST SAY! NEVER HAVE I MET OR RECEIVED SERVICE LIKE THIS. You are pathetic and LOW TO TRY AND STEAL A PS2 AND 154.98USD. Also we do not STEAL ps2's we have plenty of them here, but parts were not available for your old ps2, they are no longer available. 6 out of the 11 months I spoke to him. Keep in mind he told me to be patient and wait in line like everyone else.)

I filed a complaint at IC3 and received an automated email. And that's as far as they I got with them so far. I then called the Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection. I quote the Letter.

"Dear Mr. ***:

Thank you for contacting the Department of Agriculture, Trade & Consumer Protection concering VDO Specialties. I have reviewed your complaint and will be investigating to determine whether a violation of state law that we enforce has occured.

Your patience is appreciated during this process. It is not possible to tell exactly how long the mediation process will take. Some situations can be handled within a few weeks, but complicated matters may take many months. I will advise you in writing of the disposition of your complaint once I have received and thoroughly reviewed the written response from business.

If you wish to pursue this matter outside of our mediation efforts, please contact a private attorney to discuss your legal remedies or file in small claims court.

Thank you again for bringing your complaint to our attention.

Nothing has really happened since then. Basically I paid to have my items and money stolen from me. The shipping cost to send it out. The repair costs and the unit itself stolen. And that errogant Walker free without a worry. Laws concering consumer protection need to be stricter and the staff at the Protection agency should be considered as Police and have the power to serve justice. It makes me mad thinking about what I lost. The time spent searching for a repair place and having to deal with being robbed and not even government agencies can help me out so it seems. I think I'm gonna give them another call check on the status of my report. Feel free to keep posting keep this thread alive so then maybe a representive might actually see how many people VDO is actually harming. You know what they say, it takes and event of catastrophic means for something to get done.

We claims all of these complaints are written by the same person, or a video game store trying to get over on him??? HA, do not buy from getitrepaired.com i bought my playstation 2 for 235.00 on December 3rd 2006, its ironic how the prices vary hes just looking to pull in cash with his phising site. We should put together a pitition and sue his a*s. End this BS. He is making the internet an unsafe environment and doing things in an illegal manner.

Best of wishes to you in the future buddy, if it makes you feel better he got me too. Learned to do prior research before running into one of these traps.

Need Victims Information

I went to www.ic3.gov and began to fill out all the information till I hit the part about if any more people have been victimized by this individual. I know I could search for other complaints I know are posted here but I would rather have your permission to help me out in nailing this p***k.

This is what the site says:

"Are there witnesses or other victims to this crime?
If yes, Please provide names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and/or websites of where additional victim lists can be found."

So I need any information pertaining to that. If anyone has any knowledge of websites with victims lists please post them here. I want enough information so that they do not overlook this case when it hits their doorstep.

Even though you live in Canada, Mr. Walker is running his PS theft ring out of Wisconsin.

Next, Microsoft is going after XBox 360 modder's like this Walker guy so I would report him at:

Also, don't fall for his libel and slander threats. Those are his favorite words.

Call the Chippewa County Sheriff's office too and file a report. With all your collected emails, it should be enough for them to pay him a visit.

I left negative feedback for many of the items on his site saying, This guy is a degenerate *&*&. He stole my PS2 and my money. AND HE CHANGED WHAT I SAID TO "These Guys are great!!! they fixed my unit and it is now awsome!"

Beware of this degenerate *&*&. Someone literally needs to catch up with this guy up close and personal. Teach him a thing about respect for other peoples property and money.
