We never use such unprofessional language on calls. We record and listen our representative's call. We are sure your ticket was non-refundable as consolidator fares are highly restricted and valid only on designated flights. It was designed to accommodate customers who are price conscious to receive a substantial savings over a regular full fare ticket. We had denied you politely but we request you not to take out your frustration in this way. We are reputed travel agency and we pride ourselves on responding to customers' concerns quickly.

Cheap tickets are very dishonest during the period of Swine flu they would not refund my money and imposed rescheduling fees. I feel during a stressful time United Airlines and Cheap tickets took great advantage of myself and many other people...
