I was fooled into investing over $400 to Grand Getawys. Have not used it, as I had to have surgery. They must have looked through files to get to those who have not yet booked. I tried to book last year, they offered a STUDIO in Puerto Vallarta (when I was told this was good for 15 people!). Then was told I couldn't use the "GrandAir" as they don't fly you there! Yes, 2+2 does NOT equal 4! I asked for money back THEN. FIRST lie!

They kept calling, etc. but when I tried to call...surprise! NOBODY willing to take call. I should have KNOWN better, but when you are alone, it's what they give you...LEFT ALONE ! They prey on Seniors, offer you the world, tell you that this is a company that took over "Cheap Air" and it's worth $8,000!

Then got another call, telling me they wanted to make it up to me, by sending me on a "Three Night" vacation. Just to make sure I felt better...NOT! $199 added to my credit card. 

I just returned from Ireland, with a company that WAS truely great..Exploring Vacations. Spent a little more, but THIS was a vacation;NOT a headache! 

Forget those GrandAir rewards folks...you have to pay in FULL upfront and they promise to give you a rebate of $500. HAaaaa...joke is on you.

I am interested if anyone wants to pursue a claim with all of our Reports, to the next level. Might take awhile but if you can recoup losses I say, "Well worth it"!

I was contacted by "Joey" who said if I removed my report they would issue a refund. HA ! You can't call them, they hang up. You can't reply to e mails... they BLOCK it. I am now in a position to go to court on a contarctual agreement. I explained to my credit issuer and said give it "14 days'. I already KNOW it's another scam. They called again on Friday and when i asked if they are part of STEWART VACATIONS ....was hung up on. They PROMISED a refund IF I took down my initial filing. Needless to say they lied again!. Do NOT do any business with NO company that doesn't allow feedback nor complaints. 


I am glad I have the paperwork to now go forward with a 'contractural' agreement. PLEASE join me in going forward with a law suuit. They are rude, intensely "sales" oriented and you can't get back to them via e mail nor phone. 


I was duked into a change of 'review' and they promimised my money back. It's all in STEWART Vacations. I asked what to do to get rid of them and was told that I HAVE TO PAY thousands of dollars, when I never signed a contract. 


BEARE of this scam! Read others reports under "take Two". Grand Get aways and Stewart vacations.  Stayt away from their calls.... they do NOT respond to their customers. In fact, they are so rude, condenstating and above all LIARS ! 


I have contacted local stations on TV and they are willing to expose these crooks! If you can send any info on your experience, please contact. They are RUTHLESS !

I did get some money back

After recieving a phone call, due to my negative feedback, I was offered $199 to make this "go away" . Funny how they can call you but when you call....it's a different story. 

I appreciate the "gift" of my money back, when it's time for their "renewal" routine, I HOPE they got the main point..... I do not wish to get any phone calls nor threats like other people have experienced. 

If this is how this company operates and I can speak to someone that is honest and does not "put me down", I would hope they would do some rethinking and not intimidate clients. Their staff could use a brush up on manners. 

I HOPE this is the last time I have to write about this as I can't help but notice more and more people describing this as a negative experience.
