 7 months ago when I start working for Hatton Security (aka) Advanced Security Solutions based out of Kersey, Colorado. I was informed by Lee Landers the gentlman who was known as director of operations at the time and the gentleman who hired me. that there was nothing wrong with the company they were just having troubles keeping people employed. Few months later this same gentleman left the company due to unknown reasons. There were several people to be hired to wrap my 7 month. Also 9 people in total had walked the property known as The Pines at Southmoor.Mike aka William Day an ex Denver police officer and apollo aka James Torres we're now known as director of operations and supervisor. I had problems with both of these gentlemen because any questions regarding policy standards rules regulations along with lunch breaks time cards would not give me nor any other employees a straight answer were any of the things stated above. Hired on at 9 50 an hourit was told there would be a raise every several months never occurred. I am a hard working man with a wife and two kids and a third child on the way who lost his job on November 5th 2014 my daughter's 12th birthday due to the owner Greg Hatton losing his contract with the pint at Southmoor. I am unsure of why I lost my job when I had contacted Apollo aka James he stated it was due to my background check which should have been range 7 months ago when I first started the job and it wasn't and I was told it was cuz of an assault charge that was on my record. Mind you I have no assault charge on my record. Then when I contacted Mike I got the same thing it was told to be at the office at 19:30 which be 730 at night to drop off my uniforms.

When I contacted Greg Hatton I was pretty much told I'm getting fired because I was not aware of a drug ring that was occurring at the pines at Southmoor. I had worked there a few times in my 7 month period forr this company. and during the time that the Greeley SWAT team kicked in apartment 734 door located in building number seven I was on driving Patrol for the company while James Torres trained another employee to walk at the pines. I'm not sure what Greg wanted from me but there was no drug activity during the night time when I did work at the pines. otherwise there would have been documentation of it but to include that there had been nine different people within my 7 month time at this company that had been through that same property there were no other documents written by any of them. so the week before the apartment had it's door kicked in in the week of I was doing driving patrol for the company. Greg Hatton then fired me after making a report that the door in the same apartment had been broken into on Halloween night and waited a week before he fired me.

This company never went through by giving me raises a lunch break any form of a guard license nor any policies for the company or any rules or regulations for the state of Colorado when you are a security guard. I got searched by 6 cops while doing my job at the pines one night due to a resident calling me in stating I was carrying a gun. After being searched by the cops there was no gun it was just me in uniform with a water bottle. Later on the night of Halloween I'm a notation that I noticed in apartment door ajar but I did not notice it was broken into until 11:30 when I went upstairs and noticed the door jam was broken. I pulled the door shut and put some tape on it after already being told by maintenance that the door was kicked in a week prior. At about 11 :49 the residents of apartment 734 showed up and contacted the police. They contacted the police because I asked for proof of residency that way I did not let a stranger into an apartment that I was not sure was there. When the police arrived I was told I was a f****** watchdog and next time it's my job to call them and ask for proof of residency. I put all this into paperwork for my company to later be fired for doing my job. I was told because I was not aware of a drug ring operating out of the apartments. In my own opinion I was curious to know was I supposed to be involved with the drugs because the drugs were only being taken care of during the day with heavy traffic and I only work from 730 at night till 330 in the morning from 7 at night till 3 in the morning or 8 at night to 4 in the morning. like I said I never noticed any heavy traffic flowing in and out of the apartment at night I seen one gentleman show up on his bicycle and stay the night and that was it this occurred several times while I worked there. My supervisors would sit there for several hours and still they did not see anything and there was no paperwork from them stating there was any traffic or any drugs in and out of that apartment or any activity of any kind.

This company went through so many people within the time I worked there I tried to stick it out and work for the company cuz I thought maybe we could make the company work instead I get fired for this for doing my job and because hatton lost his contract with the pines. Instead of finding me more work he blame this whole thing on me and gave me a crappy excuse as to an assault charge that is nowhere on my record I had at the first sentence for a domesticbut that was over 8 years ago and cleared up nowhere on my record of mattered. If this was such a problem why was I hired in the first place why was my real not done in the first place why was I never taken down to the police station and fingerprinted and giving a guard card how come I never received a raise and how come I have to provide my own pants until a month before I was fired. When I would travel back and forth to other properties in my own personal vehicle as I was told to do by the company I was never reimbursed my gas money.

This company has no regard or concern for their fellow officers all they care about is their name. We had no real office they still have no real office we were told to download Evernote and use this for the company information instead of the company providing Areal database for us to log our information. we would have to stay after hours and not get paid for our paperwork that we had to do what lunch shift but were provided no computers or physical paperwork to write about they wanted us to use our tablets or our phones and it took several attempts to find the right kind of documentation to make the documents readable 4 a secretary that is not for the company but a personal secretary for himself. He would not read the paperwork he would not do the job he was supposed to he promised a barbecue if we all did our guard card test and passed but never set up the right time or day or did his secretary ever show up if we were scheduled for that video for our guard card instead was told to pretty much go f*** myself its my fault I lost my job and no where in the company is it his fault.

I don't understand how such a horrible operation in such a horrible company can still be operating in the city of Greeley Colorado with no legal license is for their guards. I could have been fined and taken to jail because of this because of the police contact I have made and because I was not legal to be a security guard in the first place due to them not doing what was required of the company. I can state a lot more but I would prefer if someone else would talk to me and I can fulfill any questions you might have with answers in regards to this company.

In less than 2 months my baby daughter is due the company knowing this still fired me instead of giving me more work. I tried my best to help them by bringing people I knew whether they had a bad background in to help cover their properties. Mind you my friend a convicted felon I've known for several years still holds his job at the company with no guard card. I used to be a floor walker for Walmart then I went to hatton hoping I can improve only to be turned down 7 months later for a drug ring that have been investigated off from Denver Street Evans and just so happen undercover cop follow them to the pines and kicked in the door several weeks later. Tell me what I should do anyone anyone what should I do.
