Highland Health Services Constant unsolicited phone calls West Virginia

For a couple of months we have been receiving 3-4 phone calls a week from an unknown name showing phone number only on my phone.  We don't answer such calls but I got curious and decided to call.  The first time nobody answered - I think because it was after 5 pm.  The second time, I got a recording saying I had made a recent inquiry about health insurance and that if I was no longer interested, press 2.  Since I had made no such inquiry, I pressed 2.

This did not stop the calls and today, July 8, I again called and pressed 2.  If that doesn't work a second time, I will file this report with the AG of WV.
