I have been a loyal customer of this company and when my policy was up for renewel, they found me a better rate and informed me of it.
Unfortunately I was moving at the time the letter was mailed out so I didn't receive the letter until it was too late to switch for that coming billing cycle.
Their employee told me that there was a fee to swich now in the middle of it and I was advised that the new change would be in effect for the following month and I was going to receive something in the mail from them soon.
I deposited the amount I was quoted for the new policy (as I was told) and due to the miscommunication I incurred multiple overdraft fees like a domino effect as I thought I had it covered and did not.
I called them to discuss and we both agreed that their had been a miscommunication but they were not going to help me try to rectify the situation. They said that it was AIG that charged me and that they are only the broker so I should call them.....AIG have nothing to do with it as they (evidently) were not advised of the change.
The employees there say that they asked me to come in to their office and sign documents but they did not, if they did, I would have gone to ensure I was covered and had gotten the lower rate....we are all for saving money!
The fact remains that they have yet to help us in the situation, they were rude and displayed total immaturity, I was not able to speak to the owner of the company although I was told she was right there listening to the conversation....I was treated very badly and am now switching companies as I do not want to be a client of their any longer.

Very bad business practices! If tyou ever have an issue they will NOT assist in rectifying it, all they want is money.
