The company operating in Quebec morev than 6 years.The oldest employe has no longer than 4 months working there.Raason? : They hire people  to work for them, promissing payements.Get the max of eople job and when moment to pay...just fire them.

The contracts of selling(gas) are up tp 5 years. The renewel (if the person that provide the contact of selling is no longer there) go to the main broker of the company and partly to the company.This is the main reason.

If lucky to have any closed deal(it hapened when they judge :not enough money from this employe...let him work a little bit more for us..teh give only 1/8 or one 1/10 of what they promissed. how they do it? In the hiring contrat there is a paragraf(the commissions are adjustable by the company...).

They promisse you the brocker licence but never let you close your own deals.Just work for others(2 brockers and the manager).Usually tell people in thre months from now you will close your own deals.Started getting frustated because they didnt kept promisse...than they realise..this person is getting smart..and told go...hired other persons ..now 6 month after the new hired come back to me and tell the same stilling scennario.Tha manager Is Mister danny..Zero transparence..you dont have a chance to know if the contact you offert was successfull or not..start ascking you get fired ..to much questions ect
