ID Protect Services Company Protected ID stole my money Los Angeles California

I was also a victim to this mess called Id protect.I went online and went to a website called lastchancecashadvance.com and tryed out for a loan. I made sure I put no for the id protection and some other service but i still got billed and never got the loan. I called the 1-866-886-1277 to see about getting my refund and was told to fill out something on there website. I filled out the information on the website and then checked back in 24 hours and was told that I would not get a refund back into my account. I called the people back at Id protect and was told that there was nothing they could do. I asked since I cant get my money back I would like to see the contract that I signed and could they send it to me. The lady said she could not and that my bank would have to request it. I also asked what does this company do since they did take my money what did I buy. The lady said that they are a insurance online that nobody steals your identity.What a big scam this is because there the ones taking money out of your acccount.I called my bank to dispute the charge and they told me since I signed up for a paydayloan that they could not help in the fraud department and that I would have to work it out with the company. The lesson I learned is never sign up for anything online giving your checking or savings information. the best thing to do is go to a loan store in your city. The computer is not safe anymore and nobody needs more stress on them such as this. Its like you already looking for a loan so why in the world would you like sign up for a product that wont even help you. I really hope this company go down and that someone can start a lawsuite fast! I also see that you cant tell the truth anymore. I should have never told my bank i was trying to do a payday loan. I should have just said I dont know who did it and somebody has my information then I would have got my money back. Thats really sad that you have to lie to get whats yours.
